Our Founders

With a vision to see lives restored and people made whole, JT & Kara arrive on scene with purpose. Fueled by God’s calling to serve the Kingdom of God by living for Jesus and serving as He leads, they are fully submitted to the assignment before them. As with most, it wasn’t always this way.

Married in 2004 with their first child arriving in late 2005, JT and Kara found themselves pursuing the “American Dream.” He was hustling and scaling the corporate ladder with much success, while she focused on their new baby and home. 

In response to a radical encounter with God in 2010, JT and Kara made a decision. Out of obedience to God’s call, they laid down the possibilities of their own empire and JT found himself walking away from the career he had been building.

Through years of faithfulness, the clarity of God’s plans have proven themselves over and over again.  Kara & JT stand ready to serve in the capacities set before them as they serve the needs of business owners, leading executives and their teams.

JT & Kara share many loves in this journey together.  Among them are a love for the outdoors, especially the mountains. Colorado is “back home” for both of them and a place they always long to be. With four children filling their home and hearts, they are reminded daily the gift that family is. When not enjoying time together at home or on outdoor adventures, you’ll find them worshipping God and serving together in their local church. Life on mission has been their way of life and they wouldn’t have it any other way.
